Job Description

We’re looking for a creative, results-driven E-commerce Specialist to join our team at JD Sports. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing effective strategies to increase sales and attract new customers to our online store. If you’re passionate about e-commerce and have a knack for finding ways to maximize sales through creative marketing and website optimization, then this job is for you!To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in e-commerce and digital marketing. You should have a strong understanding of SEO, website analytics, and online advertising. Excellent communication and organizational skills are also important. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, be detail-oriented and have strong problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute effective strategies to increase sales and attract new customers to JD Sports online store.
  2. Manage SEO, website analytics, and online advertising.
  3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and online trends.
  4. Optimize website performance to increase sales.
  5. Develop creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
  6. Monitor customer service and customer experience.
  7. Collaborate with teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Identify new opportunities to increase sales.
  9. Monitor and analyze competitor activities.
  10. Create reports on e-commerce performance.
