Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and customer engagement
- Analyze web analytics to understand customer behavior and optimize e-commerce performance
- Manage SEO/SEM campaigns to improve online visibility and optimize website performance
- Identify and monitor industry trends and opportunities to leverage for growth
- Monitor website performance and troubleshoot any issues as needed
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of e-commerce initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and other third parties
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the e-commerce landscape and emerging technologies
- Create and manage promotional campaigns to maximize sales and customer engagement
