Brand Ambassador

As a Brand Ambassador, you will have the opportunity to be the face of our company and represent the JD Sports brand in a distinctive and unique fashion. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sports and fashion, have an outgoing personality, and be knowledgeable about our brand and products. Qualifications:• A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service• An outgoing personality and excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Passionate about sports and fashion• Knowledgeable about JD Sports brand and products • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands• Punctual and reliable• Willingness to go the extra mile for customers• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

Responsibilities: • Act as the face and voice of the JD Sports brand in a professional and distinctive manner. • Communicate effectively with customers and build strong relationships. • Assist customers in finding the right products for their needs. • Explain product features and benefits in a knowledgeable and enthusiastic manner. • Remain knowledgeable about updates in the sports and fashion industry. • Maintain a positive attitude regardless of customer feedback. • Ensure customer satisfaction by going the extra mile. • Suggest additional and complementary products to customers. • Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism. • Process payments and maintain accurate records of sales. • Maintain a clean and organized store environment. • Follow all safety and security protocols.
