Job Description

We’re looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join the team at JD Sports. As part of our customer service team, you’ll be the face of JD Sports and the ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion and trends, with a keen eye for detail.The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a friendly and outgoing personality. You should have a good understanding of the current trends and fashion, as well as a basic knowledge of the JD Sports range.You must also be a team player who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure customers have a positive experience. Ideally, you will have retail experience and be confident using a range of technology.Are you up for the challenge? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist customers in store with product knowledge and expertise
  2. Help customers find the right items and provide an excellent customer experience
  3. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  4. Stay up-to-date on current trends and fashion
  5. Develop a basic knowledge of the JD Sports range
  6. Work as part of a team to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere
  7. Proactively approach customers to ensure they are satisfied
  8. Use a range of technology such as point of sale systems and cash registers
  9. Maintain an organized and neat store environment
  10. Assist in other tasks as requested by management and staff.
