10. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
11. Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the sports and fashion retail industry and make recommendations to senior management.
12. Represent the company at events and meetings, promoting the brand and building brand awareness.
13. Maintain accurate records and reports on store performance, sales figures, and other key metrics.
14. Handle any customer complaints or issues that arise in a timely and professional manner.
15. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets, while ensuring a positive and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
