1. Oversee multiple store locations within the designated area.
2. Drive sales and profitability in the assigned area.
3. Develop and implement strategies to increase store performance.
4. Monitor and analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
5. Train and develop store managers and staff to ensure consistent and exceptional customer service.
6. Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
7. Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to maintain attractive and visually appealing store displays.
8. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the buying team to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained.
9. Communicate and collaborate with other Area Managers to share best practices and drive overall company success.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
11. Resolve any escalated customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
12. Develop and maintain positive relationships with store teams and foster a positive work culture.
13. Ensure all stores are adhering to company standards and guidelines.
14. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to store managers and staff.
15. Collaborate with HR to recruit, hire, and train new store managers and staff as needed.
16. Develop and manage budgets for the assigned area.
17. Travel to different store locations within the designated area as needed.
18. Represent the company and its values in a professional and positive manner at all times.
