- Oversee multiple store locations within the assigned area, ensuring their success and growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
- Manage and motivate store managers and staff to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales.
- Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to address them.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular store visits to provide support, training, and guidance to store managers and staff.
- Collaborate with the corporate team on marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with store managers to ensure proper product assortment and stock levels are maintained.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competition, making recommendations for improvement and staying ahead of the competition.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, landlords, and corporate team members.
- Ensure consistent branding and visual merchandising standards are maintained across all stores.
- Prepare and present reports on store performance, sales trends, and key metrics to senior management.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of store operations.
- Serve as a role model for store managers and staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work culture.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and initiatives and ensure they are communicated and implemented effectively within the assigned area.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management Or Relevant Field.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Employees.
Strong Knowledge Of Retail Operations, Including Sales, Inventory Management, And Customer Service.
