8. Monitor inventory levels and work with store managers to ensure proper product assortment and stock levels are maintained.
9. Keep abreast of industry trends and competition, making recommendations for improvement and staying ahead of the competition.
10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, landlords, and corporate team members.
11. Ensure consistent branding and visual merchandising standards are maintained across all stores.
12. Prepare and present reports on store performance, sales trends, and key metrics to senior management.
13. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of store operations.
14. Serve as a role model for store managers and staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work culture.
15. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and initiatives and ensure they are communicated and implemented effectively within the assigned area.
