Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Specialty Retail Environment, Preferably In A Leadership Or Management Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Current Fashion Trends And A Passion For The Retail Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Customers, Team Members, And Upper Management.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Achieving Performance Goals, As Well As The Ability To Analyze Data And Make Strategic Decisions.
