  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist customers in finding the perfect fit and style in our specialty departments, such as Sephora, Salon, and Fine Jewelry.
  3. Maintain a strong knowledge of current fashion trends and products within the specialty departments to effectively assist customers.
  4. Demonstrate excellent communication skills by effectively listening to and understanding customer needs and providing appropriate recommendations.
  5. Ensure all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and resolved to their satisfaction.
  6. Maintain a neat and organized specialty department, including restocking and arranging merchandise displays.
  7. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  9. Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and positive work environment.
  10. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance through ongoing training and development.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Education Requirement To Be Considered For The Specialty Assistant Position Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Shows Basic Knowledge And Skills In Areas Such As Math, Communication, And Problem-Solving.
