- Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences and create targeted campaigns.
- Manage multiple paid media channels, including search, social media, display, and retargeting.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, e-commerce, and analytics, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.

- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
- Communicate campaign performance and recommendations to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Identify and test new paid media opportunities to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with all advertising and marketing regulations.
- Train and mentor junior team members on paid media strategies and best practices.
- Provide regular reports and insights on paid media performance to track progress towards business goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the customer journey through paid media channels.
- Collaborate with external partners and agencies to enhance and diversify paid media efforts.
- Maintain a high level of quality and consistency in all paid media campaigns and materials.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Managing Paid Media Campaigns, Preferably In The Retail Industry.
Proven Expertise In Google Ads, Facebook Ads, And Other Relevant Paid Media Platforms.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data Analysis To Optimize Campaign Performance.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
