Job Description

As a Sephora Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the store, from driving sales and managing inventory to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for both employees and customers.   1. Manage and lead a team of employees to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet sales goals.
  3. Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products.
  4. Create and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  5. Train and coach employees on product knowledge and sales techniques.
