
Senior People Experience Manager - HR Ops & Services
As JCPenney’s Senior People Experience Manager of HR Ops & Services, you will be responsible for providing strategic support and direction to the HR Ops & Services team. You will design and implement operational plans and strategies that enable us to deliver exceptional service to our employees. Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead high performing HR Ops & Services teams.
- Design and implement operational plans and strategies that meet the needs of JCPenney’s employees.
- Execute customer service initiatives that ensure exceptional service.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
- Develop creative solutions to address customer needs and issues.
- Utilize strong organizational and analytical skills to manage projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful project execution.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Communicate effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the HR Ops & Services teams.
