Job Description

As JCPenney’s Senior People Experience Manager of HR Ops & Services, you will be responsible for providing strategic support and direction to the HR Ops & Services team. You will design and implement operational plans and strategies that enable us to deliver exceptional service to our employees. To be successful in this role, you must have a track record of developing and leading high performing teams, while ensuring that the needs of the customers are met. You are a creative problem solver with strong organizational and analytical skills. You are also a great communicator with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and lead high performing HR Ops & Services teams.
  2. Design and implement operational plans and strategies that meet the needs of JCPenney’s employees.
  3. Execute customer service initiatives that ensure exceptional service.
  4. Analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  5. Develop creative solutions to address customer needs and issues.
  6. Utilize strong organizational and analytical skills to manage projects and initiatives.
  7. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful project execution.
  8. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  9. Communicate effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the HR Ops & Services teams.

Job Qualifications
