  1. Greet and welcome guests to the salon in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for salon services.
  3. Assist guests with any inquiries or concerns they may have, providing exceptional customer service.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  5. Process payments and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
  6. Communicate with salon staff to ensure timely and efficient service for guests.
  7. Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed.
  8. Stay up-to-date on salon services, promotions, and products to effectively assist guests.
  9. Handle any guest complaints or issues, escalating to management when necessary.
  10. Uphold JCPenney's standards for beauty and self-care, promoting a positive and inclusive environment for all guests.
  11. Attend training and development programs to continuously improve customer service skills.
  12. Work collaboratively with the salon team to meet and exceed sales goals.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and hygiene standards.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by salon management.
