Our salon is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and we need someone who can handle multiple tasks with a positive attitude. As the first point of contact for our clients, the Salon Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining the smooth operation of our salon.   1. Greet and welcome clients to the salon in a warm and friendly manner.
  2. Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for clients.
  3. Manage the salon's appointment book and ensure that all appointments are accurately recorded.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  5. Check-in clients for their appointments and notify stylists of their arrival.
  6. Communicate and coordinate with stylists to ensure efficient flow of appointments.
  7. Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
  8. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  9. Assist with inventory management by keeping track of salon supplies and placing orders when necessary.
  10. Keep track of daily salon operations and inform management of any issues or concerns.
  11. Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients by maintaining a professional demeanor.
  12. Remain knowledgeable about salon services and products to effectively promote them to clients.
  13. Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality of information.
  14. Follow all salon policies and procedures, including safety and cleanliness protocols.
  15. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and promote customer loyalty.
  16. Attend training sessions and stay updated on new salon procedures and products.
  17. Collaborate with other salon staff to ensure smooth operation and team cohesion.
  18. Adhere to JCPenney's code of ethics and maintain a professional image at all times.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Salon Receptionist Should Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Interact With Customers, Stylists, And Other Staff Members In A Professional And Friendly Manner.
