Job Description

As the first point of contact for our salon, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients. We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual who is able to multitask and thrive in a busy salon setting. Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.   1. Greet all clients and visitors to the salon in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Schedule appointments and maintain an organized and efficient booking system.
  3. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about salon services, prices, and availability.
  4. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the reception area and salon floor.
  5. Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
  6. Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed.
  7. Collaborate with stylists and other team members to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for clients.
  8. Address and resolve any client concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Stay updated on current salon promotions and inform clients about them.
  10. Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality of all personal information.
  11. Follow all salon policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
  12. Assist with salon marketing efforts and help attract new clients.
  13. Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
  14. Collaborate with management to implement new processes or procedures to improve customer service.
  15. Demonstrate a positive and can-do attitude, and contribute to a positive and cohesive team environment.
