  1. Greet and welcome clients as they enter the salon, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
  2. Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing clients' needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring that all salon supplies and retail products are well-stocked and displayed.
  5. Manage the salon's appointment system, including booking, confirming, and rescheduling appointments as needed.
  6. Collaborate with stylists to ensure smooth and efficient operations, including managing their schedules and communicating any changes or updates to clients.
  7. Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  8. Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed.
  9. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and ready for use.
  10. Actively promote and upsell salon services and retail products to clients.
  11. Stay updated on current salon promotions and inform clients of any special offers or discounts.
  12. Maintain a high level of knowledge about the salon's services, products, and policies to provide accurate information to clients.
  13. Handle and resolve any client complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  14. Attend staff meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new products and techniques.
  15. Uphold the salon's standards and regulations, including maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.

Job Qualifications
