We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Salon Receptionist to join our team and welcome our valued clients to our salon. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.   1. Greet and welcome clients upon their arrival at the salon with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  2. Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients by ensuring a clean and organized reception area.
  3. Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide them with appropriate information about our services and products.
  5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times, ensuring that clients feel valued and satisfied.
  6. Assist stylists and technicians in managing their schedules and coordinating appointments.
  7. Handle client inquiries and complaints in a calm and professional manner, and escalate to the appropriate team member if necessary.
  8. Keep track of inventory and supplies, and assist in ordering new products as needed.
  9. Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
  10. Collaborate with the salon team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the salon.
  11. Stay updated with current trends and products in the beauty industry to provide clients with the best recommendations.
  12. Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality of personal information.
  13. Attend team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills.
  14. Adhere to all salon policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for clients.
  15. Provide support to other team members as needed to ensure the overall success of the salon.
