- Continuously evaluate and improve salon operations and procedures to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments within JCPenney to support company-wide initiatives and goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, and ensure the team does the same.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Stylists And Support Staff.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Salon Operations, Including Scheduling, Inventory Management, And Customer Service.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Salon Management Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Clients And Maintain A Positive Work Environment For Staff.
