- Oversee and manage daily operations of the salon, including scheduling, inventory management, and financial performance.
- Lead and motivate a team of stylists to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase salon revenue and profitability.
- Train and coach stylists on new techniques, products, and services to ensure high-quality services for clients.
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming salon environment for both employees and clients.
- Monitor and maintain salon cleanliness and organization.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to continuously improve salon offerings and services.
- Collaborate with other departments within the store to promote and drive business to the salon.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to stylists to foster growth and development.
- Manage and maintain salon budget, including tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate and attend promotional events and marketing efforts to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to salon operations, such as sales, inventory, and staff schedules.
- Uphold company standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service at all times.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Salon Management Or Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team And Achieving Sales Goals.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Train And Develop Staff.
Knowledge Of Industry Trends And Techniques In Hair And Beauty Services.
Excellent Customer Service Skills And Ability To Maintain A Positive And Professional Salon Environment.
