Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Stylists And Other Salon Staff.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Salon Management Or A Related Field.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Current Industry Trends And Techniques In Hair Styling, Coloring, And Other Salon Services.
Excellent Customer Service Skills And The Ability To Handle Difficult Situations With Grace And Professionalism.
Experience With Budgeting And Financial Management, Including Tracking Salon Revenue And Expenses, And Creating And Managing Schedules For Staff.
