Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Stylists And Other Salon Staff.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Salon Management Or A Related Field.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Current Industry Trends And Techniques In Hair Styling, Coloring, And Other Salon Services.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills And The Ability To Handle Difficult Situations With Grace And Professionalism.

  • Experience With Budgeting And Financial Management, Including Tracking Salon Revenue And Expenses, And Creating And Managing Schedules For Staff.
