  1. Lead and manage a team of stylists to ensure exceptional customer service and a positive client experience in the salon.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet salon revenue goals.

  8. Monitor and analyze salon performance metrics and take necessary actions to improve performance.
  9. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Stay updated on beauty industry trends and provide recommendations to enhance the salon's services and offerings.
  11. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the salon.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for all team members.
  13. Participate in meetings and trainings to stay informed about company updates and initiatives.
