- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation standards.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the salon experience for clients, such as introducing new services or products.
- Represent the salon and the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the company.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Salon Management Or A Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Stylists And Support Staff.
Knowledge Of Current Industry Trends And Techniques In Hair Styling, Coloring, And Other Salon Services.
Excellent Customer Service Skills With The Ability To Provide A Positive And Welcoming Experience For Clients.
Proficient In Salon Software And Scheduling Systems, As Well As Inventory Management And Budgeting.
