Salon Manager

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Salon Manager to join our JCPenney team. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least two years of management experience in the beauty industry, a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent customer service skills, strong sales and marketing abilities, and the ability to motivate and lead a team. Additionally, the successful candidate must possess a valid cosmetology license.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day operations of the salon, including scheduling appointments, managing staff, and overseeing customer service.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and creating an enjoyable salon experience.
3. Implement sales and marketing strategies to promote the salon and increase revenues.
4. Motivate and inspire salon staff to meet and exceed performance goals.
5. Monitor customer feedback and take corrective action to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
7. Provide staff with ongoing training and development to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide excellent service.
8. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary.
9. Maintain a valid cosmetology license.
