• Develop and implement strategies for increasing customer satisfaction and driving business growth

• Manage employee performance, training, and development
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new staff members
• Monitor and order supplies and products
• Develop and manage salon policies and procedures
• Stay up to date on industry trends and customer feedback
• Manage and resolve customer complaints
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
