Salon Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of stylists to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and meeting the company’s standards for customer satisfaction.
2. Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotions to increase salon traffic and revenue.
3. Monitor and develop stylists’ performance, provide feedback and coaching to ensure they are meeting the salon’s standards.
4. Manage day-to-day operations of the salon, including scheduling, ordering supplies, and managing budgets.
5. Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
6. Participate in training and continuing education opportunities to stay up to date with the latest trends in hair and beauty.
7. Cultivate a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and team work.
8. Monitor salon’s performance and identify areas of improvement.
