- Provide exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming customers to the salon and creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere.
- Educate customers on various skincare and hair removal services offered and make personalized recommendations based on their individual needs and concerns.
- Perform a variety of esthetic treatments, including facials, waxing, and threading, with precision and care.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following all sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment for customers.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in esthetics, incorporating new techniques and products into services to enhance the customer experience.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction with each visit.
- Utilize strong sales skills to promote and sell salon products and services, meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience, including scheduling appointments, handling payments, and managing inventory.
- Meet and exceed individual performance goals, including customer satisfaction, retail sales, and service revenue.
- Continuously improve skills and knowledge through ongoing training and education opportunities provided by JCPenney.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code, attendance, and punctuality, to maintain a professional image and contribute to a positive work environment.

Esthetician License: Candidates Must Possess A Valid Esthetician License To Practice In The State Where The Salon Is Located.
