1. Provide exceptional esthetic services to clients, including but not limited to facials, waxing, and makeup application.
2. Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and techniques to continuously improve services and knowledge.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for clients, making them feel comfortable and relaxed during their appointments.
5. Educate clients on proper skincare and beauty routines, recommending products and services to meet their individual needs.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all sanitary and safety regulations.
7. Collaborate with team members to promote and market salon services, driving sales and building a loyal client base.
8. Handle all client inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, resolving any issues to ensure a positive experience.
9. Continuously strive to meet and exceed personal and departmental sales goals.
10. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
11. Represent the JCPenney brand in a positive and professional manner at all times.
12. Adhere to JCPenney’s policies and procedures, including but not limited to scheduling, attendance, and company values.
13. Maintain a high level of personal grooming and appearance standards in accordance with JCPenney’s dress code.
14. Collaborate with other salon team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient work environment.
