1. Provide exceptional beauty services: Perform a variety of esthetician services including facials, waxing, brow and lash treatments, and makeup application to JCPenney Salon clients in a professional and efficient manner.
2. Maintain a welcoming and inviting atmosphere: Greet clients with a friendly and welcoming attitude, create a comfortable environment for them to relax and enjoy their services, and ensure the salon is clean and organized at all times.
3. Build and maintain client relationships: Establish a strong rapport with clients, understand their unique needs and preferences, and provide personalized beauty recommendations and advice to enhance their experience.
4. Stay up-to-date on beauty trends and techniques: Continuously educate yourself on new and emerging beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide the best possible services to clients and contribute to the overall success of the salon.
5. Adhere to safety and sanitation standards: Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure the health and well-being of clients and maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
6. Meet sales and service goals: Consistently meet or exceed sales and service goals set by the salon manager, and actively promote and upsell salon products to clients.
7. Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other salon team members, including hair stylists and nail technicians, to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.
8. Uphold company values: Represent the JCPenney brand and values, including diversity, inclusivity, and personal growth, in all interactions with clients and team members.
9. Attend trainings and meetings: Attend and actively participate in salon trainings and meetings to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and promotions.
10. Maintain professional appearance: Present yourself in a professional and polished manner, following the salon's uniform and grooming guidelines.
