  3. Train and develop sales team members to provide exceptional customer service.
  4. Monitor and track sales performance of team members.
  5. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve sales performance.
  6. Create and implement strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.
  10. Assist with scheduling and staffing to meet business needs.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members.
  12. Participate in recruitment and hiring of sales team members.
  13. Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers.
  14. Maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Experience: A Sales Floor Supervisor At Jcpenney Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Supervisory Role. This Experience Will Demonstrate The Candidate's Understanding Of Retail Operations And Customer Service.

  • Leadership Skills: A Sales Floor Supervisor Must Have Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Sales Associates. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Feedback, And Handle Conflicts.
