Sales Floor Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Floor Supervisor to join the JCPenney team! The ideal candidate will be a customer service-oriented professional with the ability to lead a team and ensure excellent customer service. The Sales Floor Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the floor team to ensure excellent customer service, product knowledge, and sales floor operations.Required Qualifications:• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a retail environment• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team• Thorough understanding of customer service principles and practices• Excellent organizational and time management skills• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)• High school diploma or equivalentIf you have a passion for customer service and the ability to lead a team, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor customer service standards and performance of the sales floor team to ensure excellent customer service.
2. Provide training and development to sales personnel in areas of customer service, product knowledge, and sales floor operations.
3. Analyze sales data and other metrics to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans to increase sales.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
5. Monitor inventory levels and ensure product displays are well-stocked and attractive.
6. Address customer complaints and other customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
7. Motivate the team to achieve set sales goals and objectives.
8. Lead team meetings and promote a positive work environment.
9. Create and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction.
10. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed.
