11. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers and drive sales.
12. Uphold company policies and procedures and communicate them effectively to the sales team.
13. Handle cash management and oversee opening and closing procedures.
14. Motivate and recognize sales team achievements and provide incentives to drive performance.
15. Take on additional duties and responsibilities as needed to support the overall success of the store.
