- Manage Sales Floor Operations: The Sales Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales floor, including managing inventory levels, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
- Lead and Train Sales Associates: The Sales Floor Supervisor will be responsible for training and coaching sales associates on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards. They will also be responsible for motivating and inspiring the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
