Sales Floor Supervisor

Sales Floor Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain excellent customer service standards. • Supervise the sales floor and ensure that it is properly staffed at all times. • Provide direction and guidance to the sales floor staff to ensure the goals and objectives of the store are met. • Monitor sales floor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed. • Ensure the sales floor staff is adhering to store policies and procedures. • Monitor store inventory and restock shelves as needed. • Assist customers with product selection and answer questions. • Maintain a clean and organized store environment. • Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues. • Utilize basic computer skills to process sales, returns, and other transactions. • Assist with the training of new sales floor staff. • Track and record sales performance and customer service metrics. • Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.
