- Oversee and manage the sales floor operations, ensuring all sales associates are following company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and track sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving any issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Create and maintain a visually appealing and organized sales floor to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and management to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
- Conduct regular meetings with sales associates to communicate sales goals, expectations, and provide feedback.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with the merchandising team to ensure products are adequately stocked on the sales floor.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing safety and security procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members, peers, and management to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to make informed decisions and drive sales.
- Work closely with the store manager to achieve overall store goals and objectives.
- Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by the store manager.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Supervisory Experience In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Sales Or Customer Service Role.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Motivate And Coach A Team To Achieve Sales Goals.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers, Team Members, And Upper Management.
Knowledge Of Retail Operations, Inventory Management, And Merchandising Techniques.
