Sales Floor Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Sales Floor Supervisor to join our team at JCPenney! The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure our customers are happy. Our Sales Floor Supervisor will be responsible for guiding and managing the daily operations of the sales floor, while cultivating a positive team environment.Qualifications:• 2+ years of experience in a retail customer service environment • Proven track record of increasing customer satisfaction and sales • Ability to stay organized and remain focused in a fast-paced environment• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills • Positive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proven experience in leading and motivating a team • Basic computer skills • High school diploma or equivalent • Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities: • Ensure that the sales floor is running efficiently and meeting customer service expectations. • Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals. • Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to maximize sales. • Implement and maintain effective policies and procedures for the sales floor. • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner. • Train and develop sales team members, providing feedback and guidance. • Monitor and maintain store inventory levels and restocking. • Maintain a neat and organized sales floor and adhere to safety and security policies. • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors. • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. • Monitor sales floor for any breaches in security. • Keep up to date with the latest retail trends and industry developments.
