4. Follow company sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
5. Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
6. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point of sale system.
7. Help customers with fitting rooms, including retrieving and organizing merchandise.
8. Proactively approach customers to offer assistance and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
9. Continuously develop product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
10. Assist in setting up and executing promotional events and displays.
11. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
12. Follow all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe shopping environment.
13. Attend training sessions and meetings to learn about new products, sales techniques, and company updates.
14. Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
