Sales Floor Assistant

We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Floor Assistant at JCPenney. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with purchases, helping to maintain store standards, and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, have a passion for providing excellent service, and be dedicated to customer satisfaction. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; previous retail experience is preferred. 8. Remain up-to-date on product information and promotions.
9. Work collaboratively with other sales floor personnel.
10. Maintain a professional and tidy appearance.
