1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
2. Assist customers with finding products and making purchasing decisions, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered.
3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of JCPenney products, promotions, and policies to accurately and effectively assist customers.
4. Keep the sales floor organized and visually appealing, including restocking shelves and straightening merchandise displays.
5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including using the cash register and handling payments.
6. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
7. Communicate any customer feedback, concerns, or issues to management in a timely and professional manner.
8. Assist in inventory management, including receiving and unpacking merchandise, and maintaining stock levels on the sales floor.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and loss prevention.
10. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and suggest ideas for enhancing the sales floor.
