Sales Floor Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Floor Assistant to join our team at JCPenney! In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all of our customers and ensuring that our sales floor is well-maintained. Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
2. Provide customers with product information and suggestions to help them find the best product for their needs.
3. Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, tidying displays, and ensuring the area is safe and presentable.
4. Answer customer inquiries and provide solutions to any problems that may arise.
5. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
6. Monitor stock levels and ensure that the sales floor is adequately stocked with products.
7. Assist in training new employees on customer service policies and procedures.
8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the store meets its goals for customer satisfaction and sales.
9. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer safety.
10. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the store’s products, services, and promotions.
