Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly and efficient manner.
2. Engage with customers on the sales floor to ensure their needs are met.
3. Assist customers in finding products and answering any questions they may have.
4. Ensure the sales floor is kept neat and organized.
5. Stock shelves and maintain store inventory.
6. Assist in the opening and closing of the store.
7. Process payments and handle cash in accordance with company policies.
8. Monitor store security and safety.
9. Uphold company standards and policies.
10. Work independently and as part of a team to achieve store goals.
