Process Improvement Specialist

Support key operational processes for shrink including stores, SSC, DLC and RCL. Provides guidance for shrink trends and partners appropriately for resolution both in Home Office and Field. Supports direction of key programs for Asset Protection teams designed to teach them operational controls to eliminate shrink. Supports the design, build and development of intuitive systems and reporting for shrink elimination in partnership with the Process Improvement Manager. Supports additions or modifications to company-wide best practices based off of analytics for shrink improvement and communicates to appropriate partners. Coordinates with appropriate business partners on a regular basis to participate in discussion of shrink trends. Consistently meets established performance standards for this role, including but not limited to shrinkage, safety, sales, customer service, productivity, and expense controls.
