3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment by regularly restocking merchandise, organizing shelves and displays, and ensuring that the store is free of clutter.
4. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
5. Work closely with other team members to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
6. Keep up-to-date with current promotions, sales, and company policies to effectively communicate them to customers.
7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
8. Assist in receiving and processing new merchandise shipments, including unpacking, tagging, and pricing items.
9. Adhere to all safety and security procedures to protect company assets and maintain a safe working environment.
10. Support the store's loss prevention efforts by being vigilant in identifying and reporting any suspicious activity.
11. Continuously look for ways to improve store operations and customer service.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.
