5. Receive and process shipment of new merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory counts.
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate execution of store tasks.
7. Contribute to the overall customer service experience by providing exceptional service and addressing customer concerns.
8. Monitor and maintain store supplies and equipment, reporting any issues to management.
9. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure store environment for both customers and employees.
10. Continuously improve knowledge of store products, promotions, and sales to better assist customers.
11. Assist with store merchandising and visual displays to create an attractive shopping environment.
12. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any operational or customer service issues.
13. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
14. Assist with inventory management, including regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and loss prevention.
16. Complete other duties as assigned by management to support store operations.
