
Operations Associate

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual with a passion for retail to help us keep our operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate will be an organized and detail-oriented problem solver with excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing the highest quality of service to our customers.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of two years of retail experience, strong computer skills, and a willingness to take on new challenges. You should also be comfortable with multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment, as well as have a positive attitude and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities of an Operations Associate: • Ensure store operations are running smoothly and efficiently • Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on meeting customer needs • Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves • Utilize computer skills to process orders, manage records, and generate reports • Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner • Assist in training new associates and providing guidance on store policies and procedures • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately • Follow safety and security protocols • Maintain a clean and organized store environment • Troubleshoot technical and operational issues • Assist in the implementation of new programs and initiatives • Assist in other related tasks as assigned
