Responsibilities of an Operations Associate: • Ensure store operations are running smoothly and efficiently • Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on meeting customer needs • Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves • Utilize computer skills to process orders, manage records, and generate reports • Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner • Assist in training new associates and providing guidance on store policies and procedures • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately • Follow safety and security protocols • Maintain a clean and organized store environment • Troubleshoot technical and operational issues • Assist in the implementation of new programs and initiatives • Assist in other related tasks as assigned
