  3. Assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and needs both in-store and online.
  4. Educate customers on the various shopping channels available and help them navigate through the different options.
  5. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing various payment methods.
  6. Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews across all channels.
