  1. Greet and welcome customers to JCPenney in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
  3. Demonstrate a deep understanding of all shopping channels, including in-store, online, and mobile, and assist customers in utilizing these channels to their advantage.
  4. Utilize JCPenney's omnichannel tools and resources to assist customers with their shopping experience, including order fulfillment, store pickup, and online ordering.
  5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient omnichannel experience for customers.
  6. Stay up-to-date on current technology and trends in online shopping, and be able to effectively navigate and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  7. Act as a brand ambassador for JCPenney, promoting our values and commitment to providing a superior shopping experience.
  8. Continuously strive to improve the omnichannel experience by seeking out and implementing customer feedback and suggestions.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both physically and digitally, to ensure a smooth and professional shopping experience for customers.
  10. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture by actively participating in team meetings and training sessions.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety guidelines and customer privacy protection.
  12. Proactively identify and communicate any potential issues or concerns to management, and work together to find solutions.
  13. Continuously monitor and report on sales data and customer feedback to help identify areas for improvement and growth.
