  1. Greet and welcome customers to JCPenney, providing a positive and welcoming experience.
  2. Educate customers on the various shopping channels available at JCPenney, including in-store, online, and through the mobile app.
  3. Assist customers in navigating the omnichannel shopping experience, ensuring they are able to easily shop and receive their purchases through their preferred channel.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the shopping process.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of JCPenney's products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  6. Collaborate with various departments, such as sales associates, inventory management, and customer service, to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience for customers.
  7. Monitor and track customer orders and deliveries, providing updates and resolving any issues that may arise.
  8. Continuously evaluate and improve the omnichannel shopping experience by providing feedback and suggestions to management.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in omnichannel retail to ensure JCPenney remains competitive and relevant.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times.
