Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Facilities Maintenance, Preferably In A Retail Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems, Including Hvac, Plumbing, Electrical, And Fire Protection.
Experience Managing A Team Of Maintenance Technicians And Contractors.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Delegate Tasks Effectively.
