Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Maintenance Management Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Commercial Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems, Including Hvac, Plumbing, Electrical, And Security Systems.
Proven Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Maintenance Technicians, Including Scheduling, Training, And Performance Management.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Skills, With A Track Record Of Implementing Cost-Effective Solutions.
Familiarity With Industry Regulations And Safety Standards, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Maintenance Procedures And Protocols.
