  1. Maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting regular inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies.
  2. Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize errors and improve efficiency.
  3. Work closely with store management to identify and resolve any inventory issues.
  4. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure timely and accurate inventory updates.
  5. Monitor and track inventory movement, including receiving, transfers, and sales.
  6. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.
  7. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  8. Assist in training and coaching team members on proper inventory procedures.
  9. Collaborate with vendors to resolve any inventory discrepancies or issues.
  10. Maintain organized and clean inventory storage areas to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management.
  11. Contribute to a positive and customer-focused environment by providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
  12. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and changes in inventory processes.
  13. Adhere to all safety and security protocols when handling inventory.
  14. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Inventory Management Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Familiarity With Inventory Management Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle, To Accurately Track And Report Inventory Levels.

  • Attention To Detail: The Inventory Accuracy Assistant Must Possess A Keen Eye For Detail To Identify And Correct Any Discrepancies In Inventory Counts, Ensuring Accurate Records Are Maintained At All Times.

  • Organizational Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Organize And Maintain Accurate Records Of Inventory Levels, As Well As The Ability To Prioritize Tasks Effectively To Meet Deadlines.

  • Basic Math Skills: Strong Numerical Skills Are Necessary For Accurately Counting And Reconciling Inventory Levels, As Well As Performing Basic Calculations Related To Inventory Data.
